This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organisation. You will lead a small finance team, drive strong financial control and partner closely with senior leadership to support commercial decision-making and continued growth. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the finance function across the division, including: Leading, coaching and developing the finance team.
