This is a great opportunity to be part of a subsidiary within a FTSE 250 organisation, gaining experience working with international partners whilst developing a clear pathway towards a Finance Director role in the future.The RoleThis is a senior financial leadership position offering the opportunity to drive strategic financial governance across major programmes whilst supporting international business expansion. You''ll be based at one of the company''s offices in Rosyth, Plymouth or Bristol, working on a hybrid basis (2 days onsite) with international travel as required (twice a year).Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and oversee financial controls, reporting and risk management across major programmesLead the financial setup of international operations, ensuring legal, tax and governance complianceDevelop commercial pricing models and provide bid support for complex international tendersManage treasury, banking and FX activities across multiple currenciesPartner with senior stakeholders to ensure commercial robustness, compliance and sustainabilityAbout YouProfessionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA equivalent)International experience is required - proven track record of establishing or supporting international entities, including legal and tax structuringStrong background in project accounting and long-term contract managementExperience in regulated industries ..... full job details .....
