This pivotal leadership role involves driving business performance, ensuring financial governance, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and regulatory compliance.Day-to-day of the role:Lead and develop the finance function, maintaining the highest standards of financial control, compliance, and reporting.Manage the entire financial reporting cycle including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, and external audits.Produce detailed financial analysis, forecasts, budgets, cash flow projections, and performance reports for strategic planning.Oversee all banking, cash management, reconciliations, supplier payments, payroll submissions, and transactional finance activities.Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax legislation, regulatory requirements, and specific industry rules.Provide financial insights to support profitability, performance management, and business decision-making.Maintain and optimise financial systems, controls, processes, and reporting frameworks.Lead audit activities and ensure effective governance, risk management, and internal controls across the firm.Drive continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
