Reed Finance are recruiting for a Head of Transactional Finance to join a growing, private equity-backed organisation at a key stage of its journey. This role has been created as part of a wider finance team restructure, offering the chance to step into a high-impact leadership position overseeing all transactional finance operations, while partnering closely with senior leadership.Reporting into the Group Finance Director, you will take ownership of transactional finance, treasury operations, and key financial controls, ensuring robust processes and continuous improvement across the function.This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a newly created leadership role where you can genuinely shape how transactional finance operates within the business.
