The Role As Head of Finance, you will serve as the senior financial adviser to the leadership team, taking responsibility for the overall financial performance, control, planning, and reporting of the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Leading the finance function and managing a high-performing finance team. Providing strategic financial guidance to senior stakeholders and supporting business growth initiatives. Overseeing the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Driving cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and financial performance analysis. Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
