Head of Finance - Global Advertising Agency Central LondonA leading global advertising agency is looking to bring in a Head of Finance to lead their Finance Operations team.This is a senior, high-visibility role where you''ll play a key part in shaping the finance function, overseeing core reporting and controls while driving improvements, automation, and AI-led initiatives across the group.Responsibilities: • Leading and developing the finance team across financial and management accounting• Owning group reporting, statutory requirements, and audit processes• Taking responsibility for cash flow, treasury, and overall financial governance• Partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple international markets• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, implement automation, and enhance data qualityIdeal Background:• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)• Strong technical grounding with up-to-date accounting knowledge• Experience improving processes or delivering change (automation/AI exposure is a big plus)• Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven approachThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into astrategic leadership role within a creative, globally recognised business. ..... full job details .....
