Head of Finance Operations

We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning company based in Coventry, who are recruiting for a Head of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) on a permanent contract.The salary on offer is £60,000 - £70,000 with generous benefits including a 10.5% annual bonus. Office presence is expected 2 days per week in Coventry, with 3 days per week WFH.The ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Developing and maintaining robust TCO models and methodologies to support pricing, forecasting, and strategic decisionsManaging the organisations financial risks by creating various models across the portfolio, applying commercialism where requiredLeading a team of three analystsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with all manufacturers and external data providers to ensure accurate and timely cost inputsCollaborating with Sales and Commercial teams to provide ARC insights that support competitive pricing and customer proposalsMonitoring market trends, residual values, maintenance costs, and other key factors impacting TCOChallenging existing processes and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparencySkills, knowledge and expertise required:Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and collaborate across departmentsProactive, inquisitive, and comfortable challenging the status quoAbility to manage multiple priorities in ..... full job details .....
