This is a senior leadership role, ideal for an individual who is passionate about driving financial strategy, managing financial operations, and providing key insights to support organisational growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all financial reporting, governance, and control activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.Oversee the production of financial statements, including PandL, balance sheets, and cash flow.Supervise accounts receivable and payable, ensuring efficient processes for invoicing and payment collection.Ensure payroll processes are timely and accurate.Assist with banking relationships and manage daily cash flow, forecasts, and related documentation.Manage internal and external audits, compliance, and regulatory filings.Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous improvement in financial processes.Recommend and implement policies and procedures to enhance financial efficiency.Skills and Experience Required:Qualified Accountant with IFRS experience.At least 5 years of financial leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing or product-based environment.Proven ability to communicate financial information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong leadership, team ..... full job details .....
