Head of Finance London based (40% office attendance) Permanent, Full time £60,000 - 65,000 MLC Partners are partnering with CAFOD (Catholic Agency for Overseas Development) to recruit their next Head of Finance. CAFOD is the official aid agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales and part of Caritas International. This is a pivotal appointment, responsible for providing strategic financial leadership across an organisation operating within a complex, international and multi-funded environment. The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Core Services, you''ll lead CAFOD''s newly formed Integrated Finance Team, bringing together four key areas: Financial compliance and risk management Financial and management insights Financial services and business support Financial capacity strengthening This is a broad leadership role combining strategy, financial stewardship, transformation and people leadership. You''ll work closely with the Leadership Team and Trustees, providing the financial insight, challenge and assurance needed to support effective decision-making and CAFOD''s long-term sustainability. The role Strategic Leadership Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling, while helping shape and deliver CAFOD''s finance strategy and long-term financial objectives.
