Head of Finance

The Head of Finance will provide financial support to Directors across the business, business partnering with the Commercial and Sales teams. Description Provide robust and appropriate challenge to the commercial business to ensure the business hits its budget, three-year plan, and acquisition targets. Support the team in delivering the growth required to achieve the aspirations of the business. Enhance and further develop customer profitability reporting to facilitate better commercial decisions to drive customer retention and growth. Key financial support to the business and any other ancillary businesses. Ownership of the PandL, work with the Financial Controller to ensure integrity and accuracy of reported results. Support the credit and Sales teams with significant "risk vs reward" decisions Full finance business partnership role supporting the Commercial team. Delivery of all reporting requirements to agreed deadlines "on time in full": Analysis of daily reports Weekly forecast Monthly board report and other requirements as agreed Annual three-year plan Annual budget Support to MandA and capital investment business cases.
