- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in managing financial operations within a Local Authority housing function.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements (HRA).
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
