Head of Finance Corby £85,000 - £90,000 On-site Permanent We are recruiting an experienced Head of Finance to join a growing, entrepreneurial business based in Corby. This is a key senior leadership appointment, reporting directly to the Managing Director and taking full ownership of the finance function. It is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys being close to the business, influencing decision-making and helping shape the next stage of growth. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit purely at a strategic level. You will combine strong financial leadership with a hands-on approach, ensuring robust controls and accurate reporting while providing meaningful commercial insight across the business. The Role As Head of Finance, you will: Lead and develop the finance function, taking overall responsibility for financial management across the business Act as a trusted commercial partner to the Managing Director and wider leadership team Own monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning Develop meaningful KPIs and reporting to improve visibility of business performance Analyse customer, product and operational profitability Work closely with sales and operations around revenue, pricing, margins and commercial decisions Identify opportunities to improve profitability, gross margin and operational efficiency Take ownership of cash flow and working capital Strengthen financial controls, ..... full job details .....
