MA are delighted to be partnering with a well-established £50-60m food and beverage manufacturing business to recruit a Head of Finance / Chief Accountant.The OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful, family-owned manufacturing business with a long-established heritage, strong market reputation and well-recognised brands.Reporting directly to the Managing Director and shareholders, this is the No.1 finance role within the business.The role offers genuine breadth and autonomy, combining responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the finance function with the opportunity to influence decision-making at the highest level of the organisation.It would suit a hands-on Finance Director, Head of Finance or Financial Controller who enjoys operating close to the business whilst having a direct impact on its future directionThe role is office based in London five days per week.Why join?
