This role has been created to provide leadership, stability and continuity whilst the business goes through a period of change. The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, ensuring a smooth month-end process, supporting the wider finance team and driving improvements across finance operations following a period of change within the team. This is a hands-on leadership role rather than a heavily strategic position, requiring someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in the detail when needed.
