      <description>Location: Crewe | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Delighted to be working with this growing multi discipline group who are currently recruiting for a Head of Finance.   This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys getting behind the numbers, understanding what is driving business performance and using financial insight to influence decision-making.  Reporting to an impressive Group CFO and the local MD with an impressive profile in the sector, with line management responsibility over an experienced Finance Manager, you will take ownership of financial performance, reporting, forecasting and controls, whilst working closely with senior leadership to provide meaningful commercial analysis and support growth. A key part of the role will be analysing performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and translating financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for the business, as they move towards a transadction in the next 3 to 4 years.
