Head Of Finance

An incredibly exciting, ARR x10 revenue growth international Tech / AI business based in London are seeking their first hire in finance. This role will be the first dedicated finance person, responsible for bring the function in-house and establishing the controls, processes etc. Initially it will be more technocally focused, however once BAU has been established it will become operationally focused and a team will be built to support the function. You will own and manage the quote-to-cash cycle, finance operations, and accounting function with decision making authority on what should be in-housed, outsourced, and automated. Your responsibilities will include: Own and manage the full quote-to-cash cycle including Quote and contract structure Managing the invoicing system and generating invoices Collections and cash application Revenue recognition and the close Working with engineers / data scientists to implement new invoicing models for usage-based pricing agreements Drive automation of repetitive tasks Use AI finance solutions and leverage our technical staff to run a highly automated, lean finance function Support new system implementations and accounting tool integrations Manage finance operations, internal controls and compliance including Cash management across entities and currencies Intercompany management: recharges, balances, funding flows and transfer pricing documentation with our advisors Tax and statutory compliance Ensure compliance with GAAP / IFRS, company ..... full job details .....
