Base pay rangeA Private Equity backed Buy and Build are currently looking for a Head of Finance based in Yorkshire (Sheffield area) to join their largest and most acquisitive division.

Responsibilities

End-to end ownership of the monthly consolidated management accounts; running the month-end close process

Report consolidated accounts to Group Finance monthly

Providing analysis of monthly performance versus budget / forecasts, including detailed commentary to explain movements

Lead a team of circa 10 across all business divisions

Acquisition accounting and integration

Experience

ACA Qualified (top 10 practice firm)

Operated in a complex multi-entity reporting structure

Experience to acquisition accounting

Led operational finance teams

Private Equity reporting standards.
