With a strong reputation and ambitious plans for the future, the organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join its senior leadership team. Your new role In your new role reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Board of Trustees, the Head of Finance will lead the organisation''s finance function and provide strategic financial leadership across both the charity and its trading subsidiary. This broad and high-profile role will combine financial stewardship, governance, commercial support and operational leadership, ensuring the organisation remains financially sustainable while continuing to deliver impact within the communities it serves. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to strategic decision-making, support organisational growth and provide financial insight to key stakeholders across the business. What you''ll need to succeed You will be a fully qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA with proven experience operating in a senior finance leadership position.
