Head of Finance 6-month FTC - Global Non-Profit Strategic Leadership International Scope I am delighted to be working with a respected international NGO to find a dynamic Head of Finance a pivotal leadership role supporting global financial strategy and operations across multiple regions. This is an immediate start, London based hybrid role (4 days per month in the office), on a FTC for an initial 6-months.The Opportunity:Reporting into the Finance Director, this role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership of regional and country-level finance teams. You ll drive performance, strengthen systems, and act as a trusted advisor to both finance and programme leads across the organisation.Key Focus Areas:Strategic financial planning, budgeting and analysisLeading multi-country finance teamsDriving compliance, audit, and internal controlsOverseeing operational finance (AP, AR, payroll, cashflow)Building strong relationships with donors, partners and internal stakeholdersEnhancing systems, reporting tools, and financial processesAbout You:Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)Proven track record in financial leadership, ideally in complex, international environmentsStrong people manager with cross-cultural experienceAdept at balancing strategic thinking with operational deliveryNGO or donor-funded experience is a strong plusMust have the right to work in your current locationWhy It s Exciting:This is a rare opportunity to join a values-driven ..... full job details .....
