Head of Finance

Harper May is working with a founder-led technology business that has established a strong foothold in its market and is now moving through a phase of controlled expansion. The business operates with lean operational overhead but is reaching a scale where financial discipline and clear commercial insight become critical to decision-making. Recent product launches and expanded customer operations have created the need for senior finance leadership. The business is now seeking a Head of Finance to establish robust financial foundations and drive commercial clarity across the organisation. The RoleReporting directly to the CEO, you will build and lead the finance function from the ground up. This is a hands-on role that combines operational delivery with strategic input. You will own all aspects of financial management-from month-end close and reporting through to commercial analysis and support for investment decisions. The role is currently a solo position; as the business scales, you will have the opportunity to build a team around you.
