Head of Finance

htmlHarper May is working with a founder-led SaaS business in the technology sector that has reached £15m ARR and is backed by leading venture capital firms. The company has built a strong product and customer base, but is now at an inflection point where financial rigour and commercial clarity are critical to unlocking the next phase of growth. The finance function has been run operationally to date, and the business now needs a Head of Finance to establish proper infrastructure, drive strategic commercial insight, and support the leadership team through planned expansion and investor engagement.The RoleReporting to the CEO, you will build and lead the finance function from the ground up. You will own all financial operations, establish scalable reporting and control frameworks, and become a trusted commercial advisor to the executive team.
