Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the business is well-positioned for continued growth.The RoleLead and develop the finance function, ensuring robust financial control and governanceOversee month-end close, management accounts and board reportingDrive budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning processesOwn cashflow forecasting and working capital managementPartner with operational, commercial and delivery teams to provide financial insight and challengeSupport land, development and investment appraisalsManage joint venture reporting and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsLead audit processes and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements across finance systems, controls and reportingDevelop and mentor a high-performing finance teamAbout YouQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Previous experience operating as a Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager ..... full job details .....
