We are partnering with a well-established housing association in the West Midlands region to recruit a Head of Finance. This is a key role with responsibility for overseeing the organisation''s financial business partnering, financial accounting, and payroll functions.Key responsibilities include:Lead financial control, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partneringOversee statutory accounts, audits, regulatory returns, payroll, and balance sheet integrityDeliver accurate management accounts, budgets, and forecastsManage and develop the finance team, fostering a proactive business partnering culturePartner with stakeholders to improve financial performance and efficiency across the organisationLead the preparation and presentation of Board-level reports, providing clear financial insight to support governance and organisational performanceAbout YouFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA)Housing sector experienceProven business partnering and management accounting experienceStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at Board and operational levelsTrack record of improving processes and strengthening financial controlsProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop finance teamsWhat''s on offerAnnual salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + benefitsContract type: Full time, permanentLocation: West Midlands regionHybrid working (typically 2 days in the ..... full job details .....
