They are looking for an experienced, commercially minded professional to join a growing and ambitious business at an important stage of their development. This role will be most suited to somebody who enjoys working closely with senior leadership team, understanding the wider business and using financial information to influence commercial decision making. About the Role Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider senior leadership team, as the Head of Finance you will provide strong financial leadership and commercial support across the business. Existing financial processes and controls are already in place, but there is a requirement to review, improve and ensure they are more robust for continued growth. A key focus of the role will be forecasting, budgeting and financial planning and ensuring accurate, timely and meaningful financial information is accessible to support both short term operational decisions and longer-term strategic planning.
