Head of FinanceEast Yorkshire (Hybrid)c.£80,000 + benefitsElevation are excited to be partnering with a growing, technology-led business in East Yorkshire to appoint a Head of Finance.This is a broad and visible role operating in an SME-style environment, where finance sits close to the decision-making and plays a key role in shaping performance. The business is continuing to scale and they''re looking for someone who can take ownership of the finance function while bringing structure and clarity as things evolve.Working closely with senior leadership, you''ll oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow, while improving visibility around performance. There''s a solid base in place, but they want someone who can tighten controls, improve processes and help ensure finance keeps pace with growth.You''ll be partnering with stakeholders across the organisation, challenging assumptions, supporting commercial decisions and helping leadership understand what''s really driving performance. It''s a hands-on Head of Finance position with genuine ownership, where you''ll be expected to lead from the front rather than sit at arm''s length.They''re ideally looking to speak with ACA or ACCA qualified candidates, likely trained within practice before moving into industry, who are comfortable operating in a broad, high-ownership role.
