This is a highly visible role, reporting at Board level and offering the opportunity to make a real impact on both the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of the business. You’ll be responsible for leading the Finance function, driving financial performance, and acting as a trusted partner across operations and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and best-in-class processes.

Own management accounts, board reporting, and KPIs, delivering actionable insights that influence decision-making.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling to support strategic growth plans.

Provide commercial challenge on pricing, investment cases, and profitability to maximise returns.

Manage cashflow, funding requirements, and relationships with external stakeholders.

Oversee audit, payroll, pensions, and compliance while driving process and system improvements.

Act as a visible business partner, contributing to strategic and operational discussions at SLT and Board level.

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).

Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role.

Strong technical background with commercial acumen and strategic mindset.

Hands-on, personable, and credible with the ability to influence at Board level.

Experience working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment where pace and adaptability are key.
