As they continue to evolve and strengthen their finance function, they are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial reporting, payroll and finance operations, whilst supporting senior leaders in delivering their long-term strategic objectives. This is more than a technical finance role. It''s an opportunity to combine professional expertise with meaningful work, leading a team that helps support an organisation with a strong social purpose and a people-first culture. The OpportunityReporting into the Finance Director, you''ll take ownership of financial reporting, audit, controls, budgeting and forecasting, whilst overseeing a small finance team, including payroll. You''ll be a visible leader across the organisation, providing financial insight, challenge and support to help drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Own budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes. Manage year-end close, statutory accounts and external audit relationships. Ensure robust financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks are maintained.
