Head of Finance

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially focused finance leader to join a forward thinking and growing organisation.This is a pivotal leadership role offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, drive operational performance, and support the continued evolution of a growing business. As a key member of the management team, you will play a central role in delivering financial insight, strengthening controls, developing talent, and supporting business transformation initiatives.Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of financial reporting, performance analysis, business partnering, and continuous improvement activities across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Leading the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reportingProviding insightful management information and performance analysis to support decision-makingPartnering with operational and functional leaders across the businessMaintaining a strong financial control environment and ensuring compliance with group policies and reporting requirementsIdentifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectivenessSupporting business change programmes and transformation initiativesLeading, coaching and developing a high-performing finance teamActing as deputy to the Finance ..... full job details .....
