Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the Head of Finance will lead financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management across Buttle UK. This hands-on leadership role combines operational delivery with strategic oversight, ensuring robust financial systems, effective planning and strong financial governance. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will provide financial insight, oversee grant finance, drive process improvements and lead a small finance team to support informed decision-making and organisational success.
