Head of Finance Business Partnering 2 Month Contract - £600-£800 Per Day Inside IR35 - Hybrid WorkingCedar Recruitment are looking for a strategic Finance Leader to head up the Business Partnering function on an interim basis, for a Local Authority in the South East region. The role will involve driving financial performance across the Council. The successful person will work closely with senior leaders and elected members, providing expert advice, robust challenge, and clear insight to support key decisions.Main Duties: Lead and develop a high performing finance teamPartner with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and outcomesDeliver clear financial insight, forecasting, and performance reportingDrive budget setting, financial planning, and cost improvement initiativesSupport major transformation programmes, providing expert financial guidanceIdentify risks and opportunities, ensuring sustainable decision-makingEssential Experience: Qualified accountant ie.
