Head of Finance Manufacturing Company Corby £80k 100k + Bonus Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Corby, is seeking a Head of Finance the No.1 in Finance to lead their finance function and support business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior finance professional with a strong manufacturing background to take full ownership of finance, drive the performance of the team, and contribute to strategic decision-making. What You ll Do: Lead and develop the finance team, providing mentorship and guidance Oversee full financial accounting, including year-end reporting and liaison with auditors Drive financial performance through costing, margin analysis, WIP, and inventory control Provide insight into business performance and support strategic initiatives, including potential acquisitions Ensure accurate management reporting and operational finance oversight What We re Looking For: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Proven experience in manufacturing finance (costing, WIP, stock control, operational reporting) Strong leadership skills and commercial acumen Hands-on, proactive, and fully onsite in Corby Excited by the opportunity to influence growth and business performance What s on Offer: £80,000 £100,000 base salary depending on experience Bonus linked to performance and acquisitions Healthcare and 5% pension 25 days holiday Fully onsite role with a chance to make a real impact in a growing manufacturing business Interested?
