Head of Finance, Central London, UK Travel, £100,000 to £130,000 Are you an ambitious Financial Controller or Head of Finance from a Financial Services background, ready to take the next significant step in your career? I am working exclusively with a growing, private equity backed Financial Services SME to recruit a Head of Finance. This role will operate as the clear number two to the CFO, with a defined and credible succession plan to step into the CFO position within the medium term, approximately three to five years. The role is based from the company''s new Central London office two days per week, with regular travel to their secondary Midlands office, which is easily accessible by train. The business is scaling rapidly following its recent transition from family ownership to private equity backing. Significant investment is being made into systems, structure and long term strategy, creating an outstanding opportunity for a senior finance leader to shape the future of the function and the wider business.
