Head of Finance Salford (Hybrid) 70,000 - 80,000 + Bonus Retail/E-commerce Number 1 reporting to CEO Axon Moore are partnering with a high-growth consumer brand to recruit their first senior finance leader. This is a newly created Head of Finance position, reporting directly to the founders and leadership team, offering the opportunity to build and shape the finance function during a critical phase of growth. The business has achieved exceptional year-on-year growth and is now entering the next stage of its journey, with ambitious plans to significantly increase revenue over the coming years. As a result, they are seeking a commercially minded finance professional who can provide strategic insight whilst also establishing the controls, processes and infrastructure required to support scale. This role would suit an experienced Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Head of Finance from an e-commerce, retail or consumer products environment who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business.
