Head of Finance

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Head of Finance to lead the finance function of a growing organisation. This is a key leadership role, managing two direct reports, including six management accountants, and working closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.In this hands-on position, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including the production of timely and accurate management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will ensure robust financial controls are in place, lead year-end processes, and maintain compliance with all statutory requirements. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the leadership team, enabling effective planning and performance monitoring.The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a dynamic, multi-entity environment. Strong people management skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
