As a key member of the leadership team, you ll work closely with the CEO to drive financial performance, steer strategic decision-making, and help us scale with purpose. What You ll Be Doing as Head of Finance Own and lead all financial operations, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Prepare strategic performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. Define and oversee KPIs, providing clear insights into business performance. Develop and implement robust financial and tax strategies. Lead on company secretary duties, accounts preparation, options schemes, and audits. Ensure full compliance with GAAP and financial regulations. Manage and nurture third-party relationships across finance, data, and insurance. Support fundraising processes and capital strategy. Play a key role in long-term strategic planning alongside the CEO and leadership team. The Candidate for Head of Finance 6-10 years of experience in senior finance roles (Financial Controller / Head of Finance). Strong technical foundation and understanding of regulated environments is a must have: experience in an insurer or MGA will be an advantage Hands-on operator with strategic vision - comfortable switching between detail and big-picture thinking.
