Head of Finance and Risk Location: Central London / HybridSalary: £Contract: PermanentWorking Pattern: Hybrid - monthly in-person staff meeting in Central London We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance and Risk to join a highly respected national organisation at an exciting stage of its development. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation''s financial strategy, with a particular focus on long-term financial sustainability. Working closely with the CEO, Trustees and senior colleagues, you will provide strategic financial advice while also leading the day-to-day finance function and a small finance team. This is an opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys operating as a business partner and strategic adviser, rather than simply overseeing the numbers. Financial Leadership and Business Partnering Work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to deliver the organisation''s financial strategy. Provide financial insight and advice to senior colleagues and Trustees. Lead the operational finance function and a small finance team. Ensure strong financial controls and successful year-end and audit processes. Support the organisation''s long-term financial sustainability. Governance, Audit and Risk Lead on financial governance, audit and risk management. Act as secretariat for the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.
