As Head of Finance and Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation s future, providing financial advice to the Chief Executive, Board of Trustees, and Senior Leadership Team. Alongside financial leadership, this role offers a varied collection of responsibilities including estates, facilities, IT, HR, health and safety, and risk management, presenting the opportunity to become closely involved with the entire organisation and help make a real difference! The successful Head of Finance and Resources will be a qualified accountant with experience operating at a senior level within a charitable organisation. You will directly manage a small, dedicated finance team, overseeing financial governance, managing risk, and ensuring statutory compliance (including Charity SORP regulations), while inspiring colleagues to deliver operational excellence.
