Head of Finance and Resources

This is an exciting senior management opportunity to play a central role in ensuring ccha remains financially strong, well-governed and equipped for the future. As Head of Finance and Resources, you will lead our Finance, ICT and Facilities and Safety functions - ensuring each operates efficiently, collaboratively and in alignment with our mission to provide safe homes, excellent customer care and value for money for our residents. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the Director of Finance and Resources, deputising when required, and contributing to organisation-wide strategy, planning and performance. You will champion operational excellence, digital transformation, value for money and strong internal controls, ensuring that our services are fit for purpose, future-focused and delivered to a high standard.Key responsibilitiesOversee day to day financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, management accounts and audit coordination.
