We are seeking a Head of Finance and Operations to lead the strategic and day-to-day management of the school''s financial and operational functions. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Finance and Operations will work closely with the Headteacher and CFO to shape the school''s future, overseeing finance, HR, IT, estates, administration, and compliance. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a qualified accountant or experienced school business professional who thrives on challenge, collaboration, and making a real difference in the lives of young people. The Head of Finance and Operations will be responsible for leading budget planning and resource allocation, managing large-scale facilities projects, ensuring operational compliance, and developing a high-performing team. The emphasis is on financial management offering solid experience of managing budgets in excess of £5M is key.
