The Head of Finance and Governance brings together financial leadership with charity and company governance, ensuring effective stewardship and sound decision-making across IChemE. The role provides strategic leadership of the finance function and acts as the organisation''s lead adviser on charity governance, corporate governance and organisational risk, helping protect financial sustainability, regulatory compliance and organisational resilience. IChemE have a hybrid working policy, with 3 days per week required in their Rugby head office.
