About the Role - Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Head of Finance and Governance will: Lead all aspects of financial management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Support strategic planning and organisational development Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management systems Provide leadership and support to key managers and teams Help develop sustainable income generation and business planning Deputise for the Chief Executive when required This role will initially line manage: Finance Team (2 staff / 1 FTE) Fundraising Manager (0.4 FTE) Marketing and Membership Manager (1 FTE) You may also supervise volunteers and represent the organisation externally at meetings and events.
