With further growth ahead, they''re looking for a Head of Finance to take ownership of a varied finance function and play a key role in supporting the organisation as it continues to evolve. Real ownership and visibility: Working closely with the CFO and Finance Committee, you''ll have genuine influence over how financial information is produced, understood and used. Broaden your experience: Alongside core finance, you''ll gain exposure to donations, banking, systems, payroll and change management. Lead while staying hands-on: Manage a small, capable team while retaining plenty of ownership across the finance function yourself. A route into international development: Bring your existing finance expertise into a complex, purpose-led environment, with INGO experience not required.
