Head Of Finance

My client is looking for a Head of Finance to contribute to the overall success of the business. Reporting into the Managing Director, the Head of Finance will act as a strategic business partner to the senior executive leadership team and will effectively manage all financial tasks for the Company.The successful candidate will be able to :Be able to demonstrate significant experience of working at a senior level within a complex project Finance role.Exceptional communication skills at all levels.Be commercially astute, articulate, technically strong, dynamic, insightful and influential leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.Excellent problem solving skills.Excellent management and organisational skills.Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence - ability to motivate staffOutstanding knowledge of UK financial and accounting regulation and communication requirements for a listed company"Hands on" ERP systems experience - SAP- and Earned Value ManagementBackground coordinating with IT staff to manage and / or upgrade accounting system.
