An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and forward-thinking finance professional to take on a key leadership position with responsibility for both financial and people operations. The Role

The Head of Finance and Administration will be responsible for shaping and delivering financial strategy, overseeing administration functions, and leading HR and people development initiatives. Working closely with the senior leadership team, this role is essential to ensuring organisational sustainability and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Strategic financial planning and risk managementBudgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow oversightFinancial compliance, audit coordination, and procurement leadershipHR strategy development, recruitment, and employee engagementPayroll and employment law complianceLeadership and development of Finance and HR teamsPromoting best practices in governance, inclusivity, and internal communicationsWhat We''re Looking For

Applicants should bring a blend of technical financial expertise and a passion for people development. The ideal candidate will be:

A fully qualified accountant (CCAB)Experienced in financial leadership roles, ideally in leisure, hospitality, or service sectorsConfident managing budgets over £8M and operating across multiple sitesKnowledgeable in UK employment law and HR complianceAn excellent communicator, able to engage and influence at all levelsSkilled in financial systems, payroll tools, and reporting software(Desirable) Experienced in HR leadership or CIPD qualified / willing to qualifyWhat''s on Offer
