As they continue to scale, they are seeking a commercially minded Head Of Finance to lead the end-to-end finance function and play a key role in shaping the future of the group. As Head Of Finance you will take ownership of the full finance lifecycle across multiple SMEs, acting as a trusted partner to Directors and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the small finance function across a multi-entity SME group.Partner with Directors to support strategic decision-making and business planning.Implement scalable financial processes, systems, and policiesOversee all finance operations including ledgers, payroll oversight, month-end, year-end and statutory reporting.
