Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, promoting professional development.Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organisational priorities.Manage cash flow and working capital to optimise operational efficiency.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Qualifications
