Head of FBO Aviation Security

Air Personnel are delighted to support their client for the role of Head of FBO Aviation Security based at Glasgow. We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of FBO Secruity to take ownership of aviation security operations across our Fixed Base Operation (FBO) sites in Glasgow and Jersey. This is a pivotal role responsible for the operational delivery, training, compliance, and strategic development of our aviation security (AVSEC) function. You will ensure full compliance with the UK National Aviation Security Programme (NASP), oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of our Aviation Security Programme, and act as the primary point of contact for AVSEC matters with key regulatory and operational stakeholders including the CAA, Ports of Jersey, and AGS Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing security programme and influence best practice, training, and quality assurance across our network, while contributing to Aviation s high standards in service delivery and regulatory compliance.
