A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm in Bracknell with a mandate to establish, build, and lead a brand-new Family Law department from the ground up. This role offers significant autonomy and is ideal for a Senior Family Solicitor or existing Head of Department who is commercially driven and looking to create something of their own, with full backing from an established firm. The Opportunity Set up and lead a new Family Law department with full strategic control Build your own team, processes, and client base Join a firm with an existing client network to cross-sell Family services Develop a long-term department growth plan with clear support from senior leadership Genuine opportunity for Partnership and equity progression Key Responsibilities Establish and grow the Family Law offering Manage a caseload of privately funded matters, including: Divorce and separation Financial remedy and high-net-worth cases Private children matters Cohabitation disputes and pre/post-nuptial agreements Lead business development and networking activities to generate work Recruit, train, and manage junior fee earners and support staff Implement systems, compliance, and best practices for the department Work closely with senior management on strategy and growth About You Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with 6+ years PQE in Family Law Proven experience handling a broad and complex family caseload Strong ..... full job details .....
