The successful candidate will lead contractors, manage budgets and projects, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in shaping the facilities management strategy. Client Details An organisation based in London. Description Head of Facilities Key Responsibilities: Lead the facilities management strategy across a multi-site property portfolio. Procure, tender and manage facilities contractors and service providers. Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal and health and safety requirements. Develop and manage planned maintenance programmes and service schedules. Control budgets, drive cost efficiencies and improve service delivery. Oversee facilities projects and refurbishments from concept through to completion. Implement robust FM systems and processes across the business. Audit completed works to ensure quality, value and compliance standards are met. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Executive Team. Identify industry innovations and opportunities to enhance operational performance.
