Head of Facilities - Law Firm Immediate Start Contract Role - Central London (WC2R) / Hybrid - c£100k (Negotiable) + great benefits We are on the hunt for an experienced and immediately available Head of Facilities, with solid experience in a professional services environment, to join a fabulous organisation based in Central London. Joining a well-established and successful firm, the Head of Facilities will lead a busy and diverse in-house team and take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the firm s premises and office administration. The opportunity: This is an immediate start role, initially on a 3 month+ FTC, however there is the potential for this position to convert to a permanent role. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating your team and the day-to-day operations of the department Department budget management, preparation and monitoring First point of contact for key external suppliers and contractors, reviewing and monitoring agreements/services Resolving operational issues or complaints Managing and overseeing maintenance of the premises Coordinating event or space planning Managing Health and Safety policies and procedures Coordinating DSE assessors, first aiders and fire wardens and organising training as required Producing reports and maintaining accurate records And more.
